This Northeast Minneapolis basement needed a continuous interior drainage path to control water reaching the foundation perimeter. Our crew opened the slab around the affected rooms, excavated the trench, installed drain tile in washed rock, added wall drainage board, connected the system to a sump basin and pump, and restored the floor with new concrete.
