Interior AND Exterior Waterproofing?

For this project, we designed a hybrid solution to tackle water intrusion on multiple fronts. We patched a failing section of foundation, replaced compromised interior drain tile with a new sump pit, and tied all gutter lines into an exterior French drain to manage surface runoff. A complex install—but a satisfying win that left the basement dry and the homeowner relieved.
