This Columbia Heights basement received a complete groundwater-management system combining interior drain tile, a covered sump pump installation, and an exterior discharge route. Our crew opened the slab perimeter, installed below-floor drainage with wall protection, connected the system to the sump basin with new PVC piping, restored the concrete, and extended discharge outside away from the foundation.
