This finished southwest Minneapolis basement received an interior drain tile and sump system designed to manage groundwater without compromising the usable lower level. Our crew opened the slab perimeter, installed the below-floor drainage path and wall drainage protection, connected the system to a covered sump basin, and restored the concrete edge. The completed installation provides durable protection during heavy rain and spring thaw while leaving the basement ready for normal use.
