This Northeast Minneapolis basement had multiple visible cracks and open joints across painted concrete-block foundation walls. Our crew documented the existing conditions, prepared each damaged area, cleaned and opened the crack lines for a sound repair, and applied waterproof cementitious repair material along the affected sections.
