Full Basement Fix for Steve and Lisa
This one was a bear. The basement was in rough shape—persistent water intrusion, wall deterioration, and structural concerns. Our crew installed a full perimeter drain tile system to intercept groundwater at the footing level. We then restored the integrity of the foundation walls using a parge coat, which not only reinforced the surface but also added a water-resistant and critter-resistant barrier. It wasn’t easy. Tight conditions, heavy material movement, and a lot of prep made this a challenging install. But we got it done—and done right. Another Twin Cities basement ready for anything Mother Nature throws at it.
