This Delano basement received a complete interior drainage and sump pump system to manage groundwater at the foundation perimeter. Our crew opened the slab edge, installed below-floor drain tile with wall drainage protection, connected the system to a covered sump basin with pump controls, and restored the concrete throughout the work area.
