This St. Paul basement received an interior drain tile and sump pump system to control groundwater at the foundation perimeter. Our crew opened the slab edge, installed below-floor drainage with wall drainage protection, connected it to a covered sump basin with new PVC piping, and restored the concrete across the work area.
