This Northeast Minneapolis basement needed a continuous drainage path along the block-foundation perimeter. Our crew protected the work area, opened the concrete slab, excavated the trench, installed interior drain tile in washed rock, added wall drainage board around the affected rooms and utilities, connected the system to the existing collection point, and restored the floor with new concrete.
