Casey has a rental in South MPLS that was taking on water. During our inspection, it was flagged that the property probably didn't have a footer. When the project began, our suspicions were confirmed, and so we retrofitted a new footer under the foundation wall to go alongside our drain tile. Now the foundation is solid and supported, and the water has a place to go!
