Keeping the Egress Window Well Dry

Andy had his home built recently, and while most thing were going well, the window well was leaking badly. We dug down on both sides and sealed it up to the 9's using liquid waterproofing membranes as well as a solid, self adhesive rubber membrane. After ensuring the everything was backfilled properly and gutters were going where they needed to, we installed drainage board in the basement as a line of last defence. Now they can finish the basement with confidence and move on with their lives!
