Nick had his home built-new just 5 years ago. They had a drain tile system in place, but no sump pump! This can be acceptable for properties that have excellent drainage and never see water in the sump, but this system was actively accepting water and it had nowhere to go. Marc, is one of our most skilled technicians, and he knocked this one out of the park. He cleaned a bunch of gunk out of the basin and worked in tight, crowded conditions to install a new Zoeller sump pump and discharge line. Now the system is fully functional.
