John and I actually met last year to discuss his remodel. We got on the same page, but the timing wasn't right. Well I got a call from him this winter and we were ready to revisit. We confirmed the details, and got in and out in just a couple of days. Now, his basement is ready for a full remodel with full peace of mind. Thank you again, John!!
