Travis’s Exterior Upgrades

Travis wanted to protect his older Saint Paul home before converting the basement into a recording studio. We regraded around key areas, installed new window wells, and replaced a failing concrete apron. These upgrades resolved surface drainage issues and created a dry, stable foundation—giving Travis the peace of mind to build out his space without moisture setbacks.
