Updating Taylor's Waterproofing System
Taylor had an existing waterproofing system, but the walls were a mess. Somehow, the initial installation skipped depressurizing the walls! No bueno. So we did our thing and patched all the egregious cracks with fresh mortar cement, drilled pressure relief weep holes at the lowest point of the wall, and installed our drainage board up to grade (ground level). This means Taylor can finish the basement and never be concerned about new building materials like sheet rock, studs and insulation ever touching the foundation wall again. All set!
