We partnered with Volunteers of America in South Minneapolis to resolve severe basement flooding in their 150-year-old building. Our team installed an interior drain tile and sump pump system, completing the project in just three days despite unique challenges like above-ground and below-ground footings. The result is a bone-dry basement, providing a safe living space for tenants.
