Waterproofing Andrea’s Historic (and Mysterious) Home

Andrea needed a reliable waterproofing solution, but her home had quite the backstory—once owned by a Polish mobster, and another company even found bones in the egress window well! While we weren’t the ones to make that discovery, we focused on solving a more pressing issue: disconnecting an ancient clay tile system from the sewer to help mitigate a rat problem she had been experiencing. Now, her basement is dry, secure, and rodent-free, with a history as solid as its foundation!
