We see lots of well room issues across the twin cities. I find that the issues are either groundwater seeping through the block wall or coming up from the ground (we can help with this!), or maybe the stoop that caps the well room has deteriorated and is now allowing water to sneak in from above (better tackled by a concrete contractor or handy-person). In order to ensure the water was never going to damage his new finished materials, we installed the drainage board up to grade (ground-level). A wise investment by our client- as they can sleep at night whenever it rains without worrying about the newly finished space!
