We completed a full residential roofing installation for this home in Rapid City, replacing damaged and cracked asphalt shingles with high-performance architectural materials. Our team installed new synthetic underlayment across the entire roof deck to ensure superior moisture protection and long-term durability. We also extended the scope to include the detached garage, providing a consistent, refreshed appearance throughout the property. To optimize ventilation, we integrated a black ridge vent system and several low-profile metal roof vents along the hip and ridge lines. We also installed a matching brown metal gutter and downspout system to improve drainage and protect the home’s stone-clad chimney and foundation.
