This 1889 home had a 22 year old roof! During the solar removal, we found multiple panels not working, which we fixed upon reinstallation. The roof was upgraded to a Class 3 Impact Resistant shingle, color Moire Black. We added ridge vents, since there was no ventilation. Decking was repaired around the roof, along with some wood rot. The gutters looked terrible with downspouts everywhere! We increased the gutter sizes and lessened the amount of downspouts. The work is not completely over, but it looks so much better. We are looking forward to watching this home transform more as they continue with the upgrades and repairs! Thank you Neal family for being amazing customers!
