We entered this project as the 2nd roofing contractor. The 1st company took the down payment and never returned, stealing over $25k from the customer. WLR stepped in, provided a cash estimate for the reroof and solar detach and reset and get the work. The solar and reroof with smooth. Using CertainTeed products, the homeowner now has a well built roof. We replaced a few broken solar panels, and even moved a portion of the solar to get more sun exposure. The project was completed to the Diamond Standard.
