We met Mr. Ball as a referral from one of our amazing clients, Mrs. Storgaard. this roof was tore up by hail very badly, with obvious hail damage all over the roof. Insurance denied his claim, stating that there was not enough damage. We requested a re-inspection, in which the claim was denied again! At that point, we hired a law firm and went after the insurance company. We won the case and were able to replace the roof and gutters. Another victory for the team at Wells Legacy Roofing and another victory for one of our amazing customers.
