Bedroom Remodel

Welter Home Services will remove paneling (no wallpaper removal necessary) and paint trim and doors to match existing finishes—excluding the already-painted bedroom door. The attic access panel will be painted using flat ceiling paint. We will remove and dispose of the existing shoe molding and install new base trim to match the sample provided by the homeowner (approx. 5¼" one-piece style). Base shoe installation is included. Exterior trim installation and repairs are approved and will be completed as proposed.
