We completed a comprehensive roof installation for this new construction residential project in Cave Creek. Our team managed the entire process, starting from the application of synthetic underlayment over the OSB sheathing to the final layout of the concrete tiles. We focused on creating a weather-tight seal that aligns with the structural framing and arched architectural features of the home. We utilized Eagle Roofing Products in the Capri Sunrise Blend, using high-profile S-tiles for a classic desert aesthetic. The project involved the installation of wooden battens, metal drip edges, and specialized Hagen vents to optimize attic ventilation. We also integrated durable flashing around all plumbing vents and valleys to ensure lasting performance against the elements.
