We completed a comprehensive residential tile roof replacement and structural repair project in Tucson. Our team removed the existing clay tiles and stripped the old underlayment to expose and replace damaged oriented strand board (OSB) sheathing. To provide superior moisture protection, we installed Polyglass Tu Max self-adhered underlayment and a new wooden batten system across the entire roof surface. We then staged and laid terracotta mission-style clay tiles, finishing the installation with new metal flashing and sealed plumbing stack pipes. The result is a durable, high-performance roofing system designed to withstand the desert climate.
