We completed a comprehensive residential roofing project in Tucson that addressed both steep-pitched and flat roof sections. Our team installed new gray asphalt architectural shingles on the primary sloped surfaces and applied a reflective white coating to the low-slope areas. We integrated white metal flashing along the brick parapet walls to ensure watertight transitions between the shingle and masonry surfaces. The flat roof portions were treated with a smooth white membrane to improve energy efficiency and protect the substrate around HVAC units and plumbing vents. This combination of materials provides long-term durability and heat reflection for the desert climate.
