We completed a comprehensive roof restoration for this Tucson residence, addressing both flat and sloped tile sections. Our team repaired damaged areas of the existing membrane, sealed penetrations, and integrated the transition between the red concrete S-tiles and the low-slope roof surfaces. We applied a multi-stage white elastomeric coating to the flat roof areas to provide a durable, reflective barrier against the desert sun. This process included meticulous prep work, patching puncture holes, and sealing all plumbing vents and scuppers with high-grade roofing sealant. The final result significantly improved the home's thermal efficiency and waterproofing while ensuring a seamless finish across the varied rooflines.
