We brought this to the owner's attention right away and shifted gears to properly address the issue. Our team carefully removed the damaged subflooring and rebuilt the affected areas using new, moisture-resistant materials. Once the structure was solid and secure, we moved forward with installing new tile flooring, ensuring everything was level, durable, and built to last. It's a great reminder of why having the right crew matters—so problems get solved the right way, not just covered up.
