We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this two-story coastal home in Cocoa Beach. Our team removed the existing weathered shingles and conducted a thorough inspection of the underlying structure to ensure a solid foundation. We identified and replaced multiple sections of damaged plywood and OSB sheathing that had succumbed to moisture over time. The project involved the installation of multi-toned gray architectural shingles along the steep pitches and a durable light gray flat roof membrane on the low-slope sections. We also updated all plumbing vent stacks and ridge vents to ensure proper attic ventilation. This complete system provides superior weather protection while significantly enhancing the home's coastal aesthetic and overall durability.
