We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement on this single-story home in Cocoa Beach. Our team stripped the existing materials to the deck before installing new architectural shingles on the pitched surfaces and a modified bitumen membrane on the low-slope sections. We utilized Tamko Titan shingles in Old English Pewter to provide high wind resistance and a refined appearance. The project also involved installing and sealing multiple skylights, plumbing vents, and ridge caps to ensure long-term durability and improved natural light. This combination of materials and precise flashing work created a reliable, watertight system for the entire property.
