We completed a comprehensive roof replacement on this single-story residence in Merritt Island to resolve widespread shingle damage and wear. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing materials on both the steeply pitched gables and the integrated low-slope sections. We meticulously prepared the roof deck with new underlayment and reinforced the flashing around all plumbing vents and protrusions to ensure a watertight seal. For the final installation, we utilized high-performance architectural asphalt shingles and a durable membrane for the flat roof areas to provide long-term weather protection. We also integrated new ridge vents and wind turbine vents to optimize attic airflow and cooling. This project significantly improved the home's structural integrity and curb appeal with a professional roofing system built for the coastal environment.
