We completed a full residential roof replacement for this multi-level home in Merritt Island. Our team removed the existing, aged roofing material and prepared the structure for a comprehensive upgrade. We addressed complex roof planes, including gables and valleys, to ensure a seamless and weather-tight installation across the entire property. We installed high-quality asphalt shingles over a durable black underlayment and integrated new metal drip edges and flashing in all valleys. The project included the installation of safety ropes and proper fastening of all components to meet local wind-resistance standards.
