We performed a full roof replacement on this single-story residential home in Melbourne, Florida. Our crew removed the aged asphalt shingles and prepared the deck for a durable new metal roofing system. We utilized heavy-duty debris trailers and protective tarps to ensure the property and landscaping remained clean and undamaged throughout the process. For maximum weather protection, we installed Polyglass Polystick TU Plus self-adhered underlayment over oriented strand board sheathing before the final metal panels were applied. The project also included the installation of white aluminum seamless gutters and matching downspouts to improve water management across the roofline.
