We completed a full roof replacement for this coastal residence, addressing both the pitched barrel tile and low-slope flat roof sections. Our team carefully removed the weathered materials and inspected the plywood decking to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation. We prioritized seamless transitions between the various roof planes to provide maximum protection against the elements. For the sloped surfaces, we installed new concrete barrel tiles using a secure adhesive system designed for long-term durability. The flat roof areas were upgraded with a multi-layer modified bitumen membrane and new flashing to prevent water intrusion near the pool enclosure and patio. These improvements significantly enhanced the home's weather resistance and overall exterior aesthetic.
