We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Melbourne, starting with the complete removal of the existing weathered shingles. After stripping the surface, we performed necessary repairs to the plywood decking, replacing damaged sections to ensure a solid structural base. Our team maintained a clean workspace throughout the process, utilizing protective tarps to safeguard the landscaping and exterior features. For the final installation, we used Tamko Titan architectural shingles in the Old English Pewter color. The project included the application of high-performance underlayment, metal valley flashing, and a new drip edge to enhance moisture protection. We also updated the ridge vents and plumbing stacks to provide optimal ventilation and long-term durability for the new roofing system.
