We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Merritt Island to address significant water intrusion and aging materials. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the existing shingles, exposing the underlying deck to identify and repair damaged sections. We addressed several structural issues, including replacing rotted plywood sheathing and repairing damaged fascia and soffit boards near the window frames. We installed new architectural asphalt shingles in a modern gray tone, providing enhanced durability and improved curb appeal. The project included the installation of high-quality synthetic underlayment, new ridge vents for proper attic ventilation, and specialized membrane roofing for the flat transitions. We also replaced all plumbing boots and drip edges to ensure a completely watertight seal against the Florida elements.
