We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this Merritt Island residence to address visible interior water damage and aging materials. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing asphalt shingles and flat roofing sections, exposing the underlying deck for a thorough inspection. We replaced several damaged plywood deck sheets and installed a premium underlayment system to ensure a watertight seal across the entire structure. The final installation featured durable architectural asphalt shingles and a matching gray mineral-surfaced material for the low-slope sections. We also installed new metal drip edges, ridge caps, and flashing around the skylights and pool enclosure to provide long-term protection against the coastal environment. This project resulted in a secure, weather-resistant exterior that restored the integrity of the home's roofing system.
