We completed a full roof replacement on this Merritt Island home to address significant moisture damage and aging materials. The project involved removing existing asphalt shingles and solar pool heating panels to expose the structural decking underneath. During the process, we identified and replaced deteriorated wooden joists and sections of water-damaged subflooring to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation. We installed high-performance architectural asphalt shingles in a gray finish along with a durable flat roof membrane for the low-slope sections. Our team integrated new drip edges, flashing, and moisture-resistant underlayment to protect the home from the coastal Florida climate. The finished roof provides long-term weather protection and a refreshed exterior look for the property.
