We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Merritt Island. Our crew performed a complete tear-off of the aged asphalt shingles to inspect the underlying wooden deck for signs of wear or damage. After making necessary repairs to the roof decking and addressing stucco-to-wall transition points, we prepared the surface for the new installation. We installed a high-performance underlayment and new reddish-brown architectural asphalt shingles across the entire pitched surface.
