We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Merritt Island, Florida. Our team removed the existing materials to inspect the structural integrity of the roof deck before beginning the new installation. We identified and replaced sections of compromised OSB sheathing and utilized metal H-clips to ensure a solid and secure foundation for the new roofing system. We installed high-performance Tamko Titan architectural shingles in the Weathered Wood color, providing a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. The project included the installation of Polyglass underlayment, new plumbing vent boots, and comprehensive ridge and box ventilation to improve attic airflow.
