We performed a full roof replacement on this waterfront residential home in Merritt Island. Our team removed the existing weathered architectural shingles and inspected the underlying roof deck for signs of wear. We focused on creating a durable foundation by repairing sections of the roof deck and clearing away all debris from the teardown process. To ensure maximum moisture protection, we installed high-performance synthetic underlayment and a white metal drip edge along the perimeter. For the finishing layer, we used Tamko Titan shingles in Glacier White, paired with matching white ridge vents for improved ventilation and aesthetic appeal. The updated roof provides superior wind resistance and enhanced curb appeal for this coastal property.
