We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this church in Cocoa Beach, managing a complex structure with both steep pitches and flat surfaces. Our team stripped the original roofing down to the wood deck, performing necessary repairs before installing new materials across the entire facility. We utilized aerial lifts to safely access the unique curved rooflines and high-reaching gables characteristic of the building's architecture. The project involved the installation of durable brown architectural shingles on the primary slopes and a robust black membrane system on the flat roof sections. We integrated specialized flashing around HVAC units and mechanical equipment to ensure long-term moisture protection. This extensive renovation restored the building's structural integrity while protecting the sanctuary for years to come.
