We completed a full roof replacement for this residence in Port St. John, Florida, addressing significant wear and structural damage. Our team removed the existing, aged asphalt shingles and identified areas of rotted wood decking that required immediate attention. We replaced the damaged plywood sheathing and installed a high-performance synthetic underlayment to ensure a watertight seal. For the final layer, we applied Tamko Titan Oxford Gray architectural shingles, known for their durability and wind resistance.
