We performed a complete roof replacement for this waterfront residence in Cocoa Beach, transitioning from aged concrete tiles to a durable metal system. Our team began by stripping the existing weathered tile and underlayment to expose the wooden roof deck for a full structural assessment. We addressed several areas of wood rot and deck gaps before applying a premium MSA HT PRO+ underlayment across the entire surface to ensure superior moisture protection. We finished the installation with a white standing seam metal system designed to withstand the harsh salt air and high winds of the Florida coast.
