We performed a full roof replacement and critical structural framing repairs for this residence in Melbourne. After removing the old roofing materials, we addressed significant wood rot discovered around the window and door headers. We replaced damaged framing and reinforced the structure using custom wooden headers and metal hurricane straps to ensure long-term stability. The project featured the installation of new grey architectural asphalt shingles and a complete white seamless gutter system. We integrated ridge vents to improve thermal regulation and meticulously sealed all transitions against the stucco exterior. The final result provided the homeowners with a durable, weather-resistant exterior and restored structural integrity.
