We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this waterfront home in Merritt Island to address persistent leaks and interior water damage. After performing a full tear-off of the old materials, we replaced sections of damaged plywood decking to ensure a structurally sound surface. Our team prioritized the fortification of valleys and chimney junctions where debris and moisture had previously compromised the roof seal. We installed high-performance Tamko Titan architectural shingles in Rustic Black, complemented by new metal drip edges and reinforced flashing at all vertical transitions.
