We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story brick home in Cocoa. Our team removed the aged, stained asphalt shingles and addressed several underlying issues, including damaged roof decking and a deteriorated chimney chase. We ensured the structural integrity of the roof by replacing compromised wood before installing a modern roofing system. We installed high-performance grey architectural shingles along with new metal drip edges and a comprehensive ridge ventilation system to improve airflow. The project also involved repairing the chimney structure, including new siding and a custom metal cap to prevent future rust staining and water intrusion. The finished roof provides enhanced durability and a refreshed look that complements the home’s exterior.
