We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this Merritt Island home, transitioning the structure from weathered asphalt shingles to a durable metal system. Our team removed the existing damaged roofing material, addressed areas of concern identified during the tarping phase, and installed a new standing seam metal roof across multiple roof planes. We also repaired damaged vinyl soffit and metal fascia to ensure a fully sealed and protected exterior. The new silver standing seam metal panels were installed alongside integrated flat membrane sections to accommodate the home’s varying pitches and low-slope areas. We finished the project by installing a new white aluminum gutter system with matching downspouts to improve drainage and protect the foundation. This upgrade provides long-lasting weather resistance and a clean, modern aesthetic that significantly improves the property's exterior.
