We completed a full roof replacement on this Merritt Island home, removing the aging terracotta barrel tile system and upgrading the roof deck. Our team addressed localized substrate damage and installed new plywood sheathing to provide a solid, reinforced base for the new roofing system. We then installed Tamko Titan shingles in Rustic Cedar, paired with high-performance synthetic underlayment and new brown metal drip edges for a weather-resistant finish. The project also included the professional integration of existing skylights to ensure long-term leak protection and structural integrity. This installation provides a durable, wind-resistant solution tailored to the coastal Florida climate while providing a clean, modern aesthetic for the property. The finished system offers lasting protection and improved reliability for the home's exterior envelope.
