We completed a full roof replacement on this single-story Melbourne home to address aging materials and structural wear. After performing a complete tear-off of the previous asphalt shingles, we carefully inspected the roof deck and replaced several sections of damaged plywood and OSB sheathing. This process ensured a perfectly level and secure foundation for the new high-performance roofing system. For the final installation, we utilized Tamko Titan architectural shingles in the Old English Pewter color to provide superior wind resistance and a refreshed aesthetic. We also integrated new ridge vents and updated the flashing around the existing skylights to ensure long-term weather protection.
